| Description: | Provides direct and indirect patient care services according to Advanced Home Care's policies and procedures. The primary responsibility of this nurse is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the patient, the environment, and the support system. Will initiate services and complete a plan of treatment with the forms needed to implement patient care. Will not be a primary caregiver but may be needed to make patient visits according to patient census. Work 32 hours, get paid for 40. Work 8 hrs on Friday, 12 hours on Saturday and 12 hours on Sunday. MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH/OASIS EXPERIENCE! |
| Qualifications: | Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current and valid NC RN license. Requires a minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing within the last five years with at least one year community/home health nursing strongly desired. Prefer strong assessment skills. Must be willing to travel and service the Gastonia area. |
