| Description: | Provides patient care services to patients in their homes or alternative setting. Care will be preventive, rehabilitative, and curative, utilizing all available resources. |
| Qualifications: | The Physical Therapy Assistant shall possess a Physical Therapy Assistant degree in from an accredited or approved school. At least one year of experience within the last five years and preferably one year of community/home health therapy. Must have a current Physical Therapy license from the state in which he/she would be practicing. |
