The Central Physician Services Team Leader is accountable for leading the operational processes for obtaining required documentation for claim submission. The Team Leader is responsible for the following: ensuring that documents are transmitted to physicians and logged in databases upon return, ensuring follow up for ongoing documentation and necessary authorizations, identifying efficiencies in the processes to eliminate unnecessary activities, meeting corporate compliance standards for all documentation received, and working with key individuals to follow compliance processes. The Team Leader is accountable for keeping with the vision of providing a "service" to our physicians and may represent the company within the community. The Team Leader will be measured on set goals such as days of held, pending revenue, revenue deletions, compliance, cash goal, and turnover.
The Team Leader must possess a 2-year college degree and 2 years of experience in a related field OR a high school diploma and 4 years of related experience.
