Customer Service - Patient Account Representative (Norcross, GA)

The Patient Account Representative (PAR) has a broad range of responsibilities including; answering telephone in a timely manner, taking orders, order confirmation, obtaining medical documentation, data entry, branch deposit and maintaining appropriate stock for the branch.
This position is a Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:30pm position.
|Qualifications:||The Patient Account Representative shall possess a 2-4 year Degree, or 1- 2 years work experience in claims, billing or financial customer service. Previous work experience in the health care field is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and accounts receivable. |
