The ideal Patient Account Representative is a compassionate individual with a desire to make a difference in the lives our patients. This position has a broad range of responsibilities including taking orders over the phone, entering information into the computer system and assisting customers with questions about medical equipment and company services.
The Patient Account Representative shall possess a 2 year degree or at least 2 years of work experience in a related field of claims, billing or financial customer service. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Must have above average computer, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
