| Description: | The Home Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring continuity between the hospital and the home setting in order to maximize patient satisfaction of home health services. This person will work most Saturdays at Holston Valley Medical Center rotating to Bristol Regional Medical Center when necessary. Schedule: Every Saturday for four (4) hours and occasional other times as needed. |
| Qualifications: | College degree with healthcare sales and/or clinical experience strongly preferred. |
