Network Engineer II-High Point, NC

Advanced Home Care, voted best Company to work for in the Triad two years in a row, is hiring a Network EngineerII to join its team.  This position is responsibile for with the implementation and daily support for AHC's wide and locall area and telecommunication networks.  Responsibilities also include managing the implementation and on-going maintenance to ensure reliable services of all end user related technologies and associated software. 

Minimum HS diploma and 3 years of experience in computer related field such as NE I and project management and analysis of new systems.  Extensive computer experience and expertise with Windows networks, Citrix, MetaFrame, Exchange, server hardware and operating systems, WAN/LAN hardware and protocols, data security, switches, spreadsheet programs, work processing programs and relational databases required.  Experience with firewalls, switches, SQL Server, reporting tools, macros, programming, automation preferred.  Knowledge and experience with healthcare filling, data processing and clinical software packages preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and flexibility required.  Self-discipline to work alone and with groups to follow projects through to completion.  Ability to take initiative to make processes better and easier for this position and other staff members of AHC.
