| Description: | An infusion Nurse to provide clinical expertise, coordination of care, and education for patients, physicians, nursing agencies, pharmacists, insurance case managers, and hospital based case managers in order to enhance and facilitate patient care. |
| Qualifications: | The Clinical Infusion Coordinator shall possess a degree in nursing from an accredited or approved school. A Diploma or Associates degree is required; BSN degree preferred. CRNI certification also preferred. Individuals not meeting minimum qualifications, who possess extensive clinical experience, will be considered on an individual basis. The candidate must have a current registered nursing license from the state of North Carolina. Candidates must have at least three years of nursing experience within the last five years. One year of experience in home infusion preferred. Clinical education experience if preferred. |
