Customer Support Associate - Charlotte, NC

The Customer Support Associate has a broad range of responsibilities including; accurate and timely data entry, professional management of incoming phone calls, understanding of payer documentation requirements related to medical necessity, understanding and selecting inventory and services in key databases, communicating with referral sources, and appropriately utilizing technology to notate patient information/communication.
Schedules for this position vary but will include evening and weekend hours.
Associates degree and/or 2 years health care, financial or insurance customer service, claims, billing or call center experience required.
