| Duties: | We are hiring a Therapy Program Development Educator to join our team. This NEW position will be responsible to drive the clinical competency of our staff through the delivery of best practices in Rehab Therapy by providing effective and timely staff education, identifying therapy practice needs, and by developing disease management programs for rehab-related diagnoses. This education and development position includes the role components of educator, orientation development and design, continuing education development and design and serves as a resource for existing and new staff members. |
| Qualifications: | This Part Time position requires a degree in therapy, active license (preferably Physical Therapy) plus three years experience as a home health care therapist. Experience as educator, rehab liaison, rehab program manager preferred. This position will be supporting all Home Health Regions and will require prescheduled travel. We will consider full time too! |
