We are searching for a Manager Institutional Care Team to join our team. The Manager of the Institutional Care Team (ICT) is a leader in the Skilled Nursing Facility industry. This individual will partner with the sales team to target and develop key relationships and contracts to increase new business and market share. Serving as a liaison between all regions of AHC and to our external customers to communicate and coordinate services. This position is responsible for overall operations and development of the product line. |
| Duties: | Contributes to the achievement of corporate objectives/goals by increasing referrals from SNF, Community Alternative Programs (CAP), and other commercial accounts. Provides leadership in the development, coordination, and success of ICT as a product line Functions as a change agent in response to advances in practice, management, research, quality assurance, and corporate objectives. Works collaboratively with Sales to identify and develop a strategic marketing focus for ICT accounts in each region. Works collaboratively with Reimbursement and Finance to produce and report revenue to cost data. |
| Qualifications: | Must possess a 4 year college degree and must have at least 2 years of experience in home care. Sales experience is preferred. This person must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be and independent thinker, problem solver and have flexibility. |
