| Description: | This delivery assurance PAR will ensure the appropriate triage of incoming calls regarding deliveries of home medical equipment. This person will document patient communications related to the home medical deliveries, referral intake, order processing/review, medical documentation and routing of orders to the appropriate skill level. |
| Qualifications: | The Patient Account Representative shall possess a minimum of an Associate degree or have 2 years experience with claims, billing or financial customer service. Previous work experience in the health care field and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. |
