| Description: | Call Center, Customer service, Appropriate triage of incoming calls, referral intake, order processing/review, medical documentation and routing of orders to the appropriate skill level. |
| Qualifications: | The Patient Account Representative shall possess a 2-4 year Degree, or 2 years work experience in a related field, or at least 1-year as a PAR I. Previous work experience in the health care field and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with claims, billing, or have financial customer service experience. |
