| Description: | The Respiratory Support Par will be able to multitask, troubleshoot, make incoming and outgoing phone calls, work various reports, coordinate and schedule patient visits with Respiratory Therapist, and work in and out of multiple computer systems. The candidate must possess a positive attitude, be self motivated, ability to work at a fast pace and work closely with various team members throughout the company. |
| Qualifications: | The Patient Account Representative shall possess a minimum of an Associate degree or have 2 years experience with claims, billing or financial customer service. Previous work experience in the health care field and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Hours are M-F 8:00-5:00 |
